Terms of Service

EunGo lets you design document and QR code templates once and then generate finished files from your own data, manually, through our API and webhooks, or automatically when a connected application sends an event. Features available to you depend on your plan.

• You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for everything that happens under your account, including the activity of API keys you issue.
• Keep your password and API keys secret. Tell us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.
• You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country, if higher) to use the Service.
• One person or legal entity may not hold multiple free accounts to circumvent plan limits.

• Free plan. Includes a monthly allowance of generations and a limited number of templates, as stated on our pricing page.
• Paid plans. Paid plans are bought as a single monthly payment through PayMongo. They do not renew automatically and we never store your card details — when the paid period ends, your account simply returns to the free plan.
• Renewing or stopping. Because nothing renews on its own, there is nothing to cancel: you buy another month only when you choose to, from the billing page. If you want a paid period removed early, email us.
• Limits. When you reach your monthly generation allowance, further generations are blocked until the allowance resets or you upgrade.
• Changes.We may change pricing or plan limits with at least 30 days' notice. Price changes apply to your next purchase.

You keep ownership of everything you create in EunGo — your templates, text, images, formulas, and the data you connect. You grant us only the limited licence needed to operate the Service: to store your content, process it, and generate and deliver the files you request.

You are responsible for your content and for having the rights to use it. Your content must not infringe anyone else's rights or violate the law.

EunGo — its software, interface, designs, documentation, and branding — belongs to us and is protected by copyright and other laws. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service as intended during your subscription. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse engineer any part of it, except where the law expressly permits it.

You agree not to misuse the Service. In particular, you must not:

• Use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or infringing purpose.
• Generate content that is illegal, that infringes intellectual property, or that harasses or exploits others.
• Create, upload, or distribute AI-generated non-consensual intimate imagery.
• Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of our systems, or bypass authentication and rate limits.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service, including by sending abusive automated requests.
• Resell or sublicense the Service without our written permission.
• Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited bulk email.
• Misrepresent your identity or your affiliation with any person or organisation.

You may connect EunGo to supported third-party services. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies, not ours. You are responsible for the connections you configure and for the data you ask EunGo to read from or write to them.

EunGo uses Google APIs, including Sign in with Google, only for authentication and to read your basic profile. Our use of Google API data complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

If you use our API or webhooks, you are responsible for the requests you send and for keeping your API keys secure. We may rate-limit or suspend usage that places an unreasonable load on the Service or that threatens its stability. We may update or deprecate API endpoints; where practicable we will give notice before doing so.

You may stop using EunGo at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or if continued operation would create a security or legal risk. If we terminate your account without cause, we will refund any prepaid, unused portion of your subscription.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated files will be perfectly accurate.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EunGo will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose, or USD $50 if you have paid nothing. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will revise the "Last updated"date above, and for material changes we will notify you in the app or by email before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law rules, and interpreted consistently with internationally recognized e-commerce standards where they apply. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
