Privacy Policy

Last updated October 1, 2026. This policy explains what EunGo collects, why we collect it, and what you can do about it.

EunGo ("EunGo", "we", "us", or "our") is a document and QR code generation service available at eungo.me. This Privacy Policy describes how we handle information when you visit our website, create an account, design templates, connect a data source, or generate a file.

1. Information we collect

We collect only what we need to run the service.

  • Account information. Your email address, your name, and your workspace name. When you choose "Continue with Google", Google gives us your name, email address, and profile picture — nothing else.
  • Your content. Templates, designs, text, images, formulas, and any data you type or paste into the editor. This is what we render into your PDFs and QR codes.
  • Connected application data. When you connect a data source, we store the credentials you provide so the connection works, and read the specific records and fields needed to generate your file. Where the integration supports it and you configure it, generated files can be sent back to the related record.
  • Generation history. A record of each generation: which template was used, its status, timestamps, the resulting file name, and any error message if it failed.
  • Billing information. Payments are processed by PayMongo. We receive your plan status and a payment reference — we do not receive or store your full card number.
  • Technical data. Standard server logs such as IP address, browser type, and the pages you visit, collected by our hosting provider for security and debugging.
  • Cookies. We use a session cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

2. How we use your information

  • To provide the service: authenticating you, rendering your templates, and generating the files you request.
  • To send transactional email, such as sign-in links and account notices.
  • To record the outcome of each generation and surface any error on your History page.
  • To manage your subscription, calculate plan limits, and keep billing records.
  • To provide support when you contact us, and to investigate abuse or security problems.
  • To understand, in aggregate, which features are used so we can improve the product.

We do not sell your information, and we do not use your content to train machine learning models.

3. Google account data and Google APIs

EunGo uses Google APIs, including Sign in with Google, solely to let you sign in and to read your basic profile (name, email address, profile picture). These are the only Google APIs we use.

  • We request only the basic scopes: openid, email, and profile.
  • We do not access your Gmail, Drive, Calendar, YouTube, or any other Google data.
  • We do not use Google APIs to create, access, or distribute AI-generated non-consensual intimate imagery, and we prohibit that use of EunGo in our Terms of Service.
  • Our use of Google API data complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
  • You can revoke EunGo's access at any time at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions.

4. How we share information

We share information only with the service providers that operate EunGo, and only for that purpose:

  • Supabase — database, authentication, and file storage.
  • Vercel — hosting and server logs.
  • PayMongo — payment processing.
  • Our email provider — transactional email such as sign-in links.
  • The applications you connect — for example when you ask us to write a generated file back to an item on your board. We send only what you configured us to send.

We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, and property of EunGo, our users, or the public.

5. Data retention and deletion

We keep your information for as long as your account is active. When you ask us to delete your account, we delete your templates, content, and generation history, and remove your connected credentials. We may keep limited billing records where the law requires it. You can delete individual generations from your History page at any time.

6. Security

All traffic to and from EunGo is encrypted in transit with HTTPS. Access to the production database is restricted to our service, and your account is protected by authentication. No system is perfectly secure, so please keep your account credentials and any API keys private.

7. Your rights and choices

  • Review your account details and API keys from your Settings page, and revoke any API key you have issued.
  • Ask us to delete your account, its content, and any connected credentials — email us and we will do it.
  • Delete individual generations from your History page at any time.
  • Revoke Google sign-in access at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions.
  • Contact us to request a copy of your data or to ask a question about this policy.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA. Contact us and we will respond to a verifiable request.

8. International transfers

EunGo and its service providers operate in multiple countries, so your information may be processed in a country other than your own, including places with different data protection rules. Where we transfer personal data out of the European Economic Area, we rely on the safeguards provided by our service providers.

9. Children

EunGo is a business tool and is not directed at children. You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country, if higher) to use it. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will also be announced in the app or by email. Continued use of EunGo after a change means you accept the updated policy.

11. Contact
